Zumba SentaoTM
The Zumba Sentao™ program is an intense new way to enhance the fitness-party thrill! Instructors who enroll to become licensed in this specialty program learn explosive chair-based choreography that will strengthen, balance and stabilize the core, and step up cardio work in a whole new way. Students learn to use a chair and their own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone their physique
Why spend an hour on the treadmill, when you can party yourself into shape. Zumba Fitness is a fun and feel-good-to-the-core workout.
A "Workout In Disguise" You can burn 700-900 calories in a session with a Licensed Zumba Fitness & Zumba Toning Instructor
We currently offer Zumba Fitness classes for all fitness levels! No Dance Experience is required. Just let loose and have FUN.

Expiry date for a Pass is 9 months from the date of purchase.
All participants entering a class with the intention of dancing for the hour, must fill out a Waiver and regular entry cost will apply.
Please Note: Due to the volume and sometimes content of music & dance styles, (yes, we can get a little crazy!!), these classes are recommended for ages 16 yrs and older... However if you would like to bring someone under 16yrs old, you can do so at your own discretion.
If you have a babysitting conflict
and need to bring your child to sit off to the side, and allow them to
dance to their occasional favourite song... NO Waiver or charge will apply

Zumba For Kids/Youths
Zumbatomic is Zumba for kids. It incorporates multi-cultural rhythms, body movement , games and performances. Through dance and music, Zumbatomic encourages kids to develop an active & healthy lifestyle
Zumba for kids classes are offered for children from 6-12 years old as part of an elementary school curriculum or as and alternative to regular phys-ed classes.
Zumba for kids is also available for private parties.
Zumba For Schools
Zumba for youth classes are offered for teens at at the junior high and high school levels and are both fun and challenging. Please contact us for references of schools we have taught at.
